Yoga at Joyful Living Services
Trula Daugherty of Yoga with Trula has joined Joyful Living Services to bring you yoga,
Trula was introduced to meditation in her early teens to help with anxiety and depression. Over the years, her practice has evolved. She has awakened at 3:00 am to read, perform breathing exercises, meditate, and send prayer and distant reiki to those who have requested or have touched her heart. A deep-seated desire to help others has taught her that in so doing, one is likewise helping oneself.
For many years her dream has been to devote a passion to Yoga, meditation, and Reiki.
In 2001 she started Yoga classes as an exercise program and learned that it is much more. Yoga calms the mind, body, and spirit. It helps maintain strength, balance, and flexibility. Following surgery and treatment for breast cancer, it helped to reduce the swelling and regain circulation and movement, strength, and flexibility lost in her arm.
